Summary of the following steps are required to start using Leads feature and functionality:
An employee or user profile should be created first.
Product should be pre-set.
Source should be pre-set.
Pipeline and Deal Stages should be pre-set.
Product should be pre-set.
Optional: Deal categories.
To pre-set and configure the "Leads" functionality:
Navigate to "Settings" on the left-side menu bar,
Click on "Lead Settings",
Start the setup process of all mentioned above.
How to create Lead Generation Form
Summary steps:
Navigate to "Leads" on the left-side menu bar,
Click on "Lead Contact",
Click on the "Lead Form",
Copy the lead form html code or url link,
Paste it on your website or share the url code.
Then, switch off the default fields that will be displayed by clicking on the toggle button. You will notice a real-life changes when you do the changes.
At the bottom of the page, you will be able to copy either copy the html code, share the link of the lead form with and without the logo. Kindly follow the below options upon your references:
Option 1: Copy the HTML code and paste it into your website.
Option 2: Copy the lead form link or URL either with or without your company logo up on your requirements.
Finally, share the copy lead form link "URL" with your client, or on any marketing tools buttons as a link.
Change the Source in Lead Form
To change, add, edit, to amend the "Source" of the lead generation form; check the following steps and screenshot.
Navigate to the "Settings" option at the bottom of the left-side menu
Click on "Lead Settings",
You can add a new source, to delete the current ones if any, or edit/amend the existing source.
Then, click "Save".
Add, edit, or Delete Products
To add, remove, edit, amend, or delete a product from your system, here are the following steps and screenshot.
Navigate to the "Product" option at the bottom of the left-side menu
Click on "Products",
You can add a new product/s, to delete the current ones if any, or edit/amend the existing product/s.
Then, click "Save".
How to Add and Grant an Employee to Leads
To add, remove, edit, amend, or delete a employees or agents to the leads section, here are the following steps and screenshot.
Navigate to the "Settings" option at the bottom of the left-side menu
Click on "Leads Settings",
You can add a new, remove, edit permission access to employee and agent.
Then, click "Save".
What is Round Robin
Equal Distribution: Tasks are evenly distributed among team members.
Sequential Assignment: Each task is assigned to the next team member in order.
Fair Rotation: Ensures balanced workloads and prevents overload.
Example: Tickets go to Agent A, then B, then C, and repeat.
Example: In a customer support system, incoming tickets are assigned in a round-robin fashion. The first ticket goes to Agent A, the second to Agent B, the third to Agent C, and the fourth back to Agent A, continuing in this pattern.
Using the round-robin method ensures fair and efficient task distribution, promotes balanced workloads, and streamlines resource allocation.
To activate the Round Robin, you will need to toggle the feature on as per the below screenshot.
How to Add Pipeline and Deal Stages
Every "Pipeline" can have several "Deal Stages" underneath it. You can customize the pipelines based on your services, solutions, and type of workflow.
Types of Deals:
B2C Sales Pipeline
B2B Sales Pipeline
Enterprise Sales Pipeline
Sales Pipeline
PR and Marketing
Customer Support
etc.
You can assign each team member to either a specific pipeline or multiple pipelines based on business workflow.
To add, remove, edit, amend, or delete a pipelines and deal stages from your system, here are the following steps and screenshot.
Navigate to the "Settings" option at the bottom of the left-side menu
Click on "Lead Settings",
You can add, remove, edit, amend, or delete pipelines.
And/or, you can add, remove, edit, amend, or delete deal stages.
Then, click "Save".
How to Add Deals Manually
You can add deals manually that are converted and sourced outside of the platform.
Then, you need to fill the required details and field. Also, you can assign an agent for recording monitoring and keeping. In addition, you can a manager or supervisor to watch and monitor the progress of the deal in case if wasn't converted yet.
Review Deals in Kanban Board style

Navigate to "Leads" on the left-side menu bar,
Click on "Deals",
Then, click on far right-side icon as per the screenshot.
